Added to its 110-year history, LEDVANCE/Osram has just expanded the company’s LED Retrofit lamp range to offer the widest portfolio of products it has ever covered. The company can now supply most lamps in an LED equivalent, from the ubiquitous LED GU10 lamp right through to LED Capsule lamp replacements, and everything else in between.
Along with its widely traditional range of lamps etc, Osram has just launched its new collection for the upcoming lighting season. This includes a redesigned all-glass-bodied LED GU10, with options up to 575 lumens, with the widest dimming compatibility ever. Non-dim options are also available.
Also released is the new and updated range of LED Tubes or ‘Substitute’ as the brand refers to them. Reduced wattages, better lumen performance and improved pricing are all part of the improved product offering not only in this product, but throughout the range.
Greg Logan, Regional Sales Manager for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, said, “We are really excited to be able to bring to the market the widest, most comprehensive range of LED Retrofit lamps that we have ever had available, covering lamp types, lumens output and colours. We have also just begun to market our new LED Luminaire range – aimed initially as an over-the-counter product, including LED panels, floodlights, non-corrosive fittings and many more. Both companies have recently been recruiting new staff to help grow their businesses. WS Mercer is currently seeking new internal and external sales people, while LEDVANCE has recently brought Greg Logan onto its team. Having been in the electrical trade for over 20 years, Greg has worked for most of his career as an electrical wholesaler in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
