Support Bradley and Barry’s EIC fundraiser by sponsoring a Kilimanjaro flag

Businesses are being offered the opportunity to generate publicity and raise funds for the Electrical Industries Charity (EIC), by sponsoring a team competing in the Kilimanjaro Challenge for a Cause.

L-R: Bradley Gillespie and Barry Penny.

Bradley Gillespie and Barry Penny from Independent Company Safety Services in Larne are set to scale the highest freestanding mountain in the world between September 27 and October 7 to raise funds for the charity.

EIC is offering businesses the opportunity to support the charity, and promote their brand in a unique way, by sponsoring a flag.

For only £1,000, a branded flag carrying your company logo or name will be carried up the mountain by Bradley and Barry and will then feature in team photographs taken at the summit and posted across social media channels including sponsor company tags. All the team sign the flag, which is then sent to the sponsor to keep.

EIC is an industry charity for industry people and exists exclusively to support anyone that works in the electrical industry when they have fallen on hard times.

Its strapline is ‘Supporting our industry through life’s challenges’, and its mission is to provide the best outcome for every person in the industry that needs help.

EIC support covers a wide range of issues, with mental health support the number one reason people reach out to the charity.
