Rhonda Doyle is the new vice president of customer operations in the UK and Ireland, replacing Kristin Hanley, who has been promoted to vice president of sales excellence and marketing for the UK and Ireland.
Rhonda will take the lead on customer care, satisfaction and quality, business systems, business tendering and project management, alongside developing new strategies to transform end-to-end customer digital experiences.
She previously held the post of senior director of field service operations since joining Schneider Electric in 2021.
Marion Brosnan has, meanwhile, been named head of HR for Ireland, leading strategic HR for Ireland operations, as well as UKI sales, marketing and major pursuits.
She brings HR experience from multiple sectors including tech, financial and state services and will play an integral role in building and nurturing critical skills.
Marion will lead Schneider Electric’s people strategy to help customers manage the energy transition by investing in skills to future-proof its workforce.
