Metro Surveillance Group has unveiled a new service aimed at Local Government facilities, with plans already in place to provide bespoke variants for construction, manufacturing and industrial applications.
Utilising the companies experience as a CCTV installation company and also as the largest security provider to the petroleum sector in Northern Ireland – including remove monitoring of unattended filling stations – Metro has developed an integrated service for the Public Sector that includes CCTV systems for multiple sites, live monitoring, access control, key holding and rapid deployed CCTV.
This package, which can be tailored to suit the customer’s requirements but is suitable for applications such as town/city centres, landfill/recycling centres, offices, plant and machinery depots, cemeteries, public parks and landmarks. These security systems are also perfect for the health, education and leisure sectors.
This ability to develop tailored security packages for customers is down to the fact that Metro Surveillance Group has evolved from a CCTV installation company to a fully integrated security solutions provider.
This has allowed the company to understand the difficulties clients have experienced with the multiplicity of different providers and products as well as the limitations of certain equipment. Metro has invested significantly over the past 5 years to bring all these services under one roof.
Metro CCTV – the company’s engineering section – designs, installs and maintains systems to meet customer’s individual specifications. All systems are built in-house and engineers have received formal training from equipment manufacturers.
Q View Security – the company’s monitoring section – is based in a purpose-built control centre and is responsible for monitoring, alarm response/reporting, access control and intervening in incidents, when required. The team uses Metro’s specialist Video Analytic software which has provided great results both practically and financially for clients. Q View Security also provides health checks that ensure that the company’s systems and dispatch Metro CCTV engineers can make necessary repairs immediately.
