Fire and gas detection specialist Ei Electronics has introduced a new addition to its 3000 Series, the Ei3030 combining intelligent optical, heat and CO sensors.
The 3000 Series incorporates a range of mains-powered single and multi-sensor alarms combining optical, heat and CO sensors for the ultimate fire and CO response.
All products in the series use the same easi-fitbase, in a first for Ei CO alarms, and feature intelligent sensors, AudioLINK data extraction, SmartLINK wireless interconnection and whole system data monitoring capability.
Ei’s multiple award-winning AudioLINK data extraction technology enables real-time alarm data, such as the number of times it has been tested and details of alarm activations. Data can be extracted directly to a smartphone or tablet via an app creating an Alarm Status Report.
The latest edition to the Series, the Ei3030 contains three separate sensing elements – heat, optical smoke and CO – that intelligently work together, but will also work independently.
This gives the devices the ability to detect toxic levels of carbon monoxide as well as dangerous levels of smoke and heat.
