Designer Group (DG) are incredibly passionate about giving their teams the opportunity to learn and develop the skills that will support them in enhancing and growing their careers.
This month saw the arrival of their brand- new DG Leadership Academy, with its first course ‘Introduction to Management’. This course covered a whole range of topics such as styles of leadership, positive reinforcement of good management through ‘walking about’, the 10 steps of dedication and, very importantly, stress symptoms and prevention.
The DG Leadership Academy encourages discussions, activities and debates to stimulate and educate the minds of aspiring and current managers; generating a much more supportive environment to work in. DG look forward to welcoming the candidates back on 24th January with the next session, ‘Coaching Skills’.
