A night in Hollywood

It is time to roll out the red carpet. One of the most-awaited annual events in the industry, the Irish Electrical Benevolent Association (IEBA) Charity Ball is back – and with a touch of glamour from cinema’s golden era. This year, the event celebrates all the glitz from the 40s and 50s with the “Hollywood” theme. Get ready to channel your inner Marylin Monroe or Humphrey Bogart on 17 November at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dublin.

The event will include a drinks reception and a four-course dinner, and guests are more than encouraged to dance until the wee hours of the morning to the music from Bentley Boys Party Band. For those feeling lucky, the event will feature prize draws and the Intercontinental Hotel will also be offering a limited number of rooms at €285 for two people.

Cel O’Reilly, President of the IEBA, appealed to those interested in booking a table or sponsoring a prize at the ball. “We are still actively supporting families who need financial help. I am fully aware the past years have been difficult for our electrical industry, but I would really appreciate your generosity and support for the IEBA,” he commented. “Thank you for your continued support. Your generosity is much appreciated and helps us ease the worry and anxiety experienced by our colleagues in the electrical industry.”
